Migdal Library serves as the most important Jewish community information resource center comprising a very large collection of books, recordings and films on all aspects of Jewish life. It also works as a cultural center for many users, visitors, patrons, residents, and participants of all Migdal’s programs.
We offer our library services to more than 1000 patrons a year. Our vast collection includes more than 8000 volumes and periodicals in Yiddish, Hebrew, Ukrainian, Russian, and English. It consists of books of classical Jewish literature as well as books written by modern Jewish writers.
The department Odesika is of a special interest for the readers. It includes the literature on local lore history, which shows the history and the unique image of the city in the works of Odesa writers and literature specialists.
